We are currently looking for Beauty Advisors with at least 2 years sales experience to work in beauty retail environment.
Your focus will be expanding the beauty category for one of the top retail grocery chains in Canada. Your excellent customer service skills coupled with your passion for the beauty industry will drive sales and ultimately your success!

Responsibilities:
Drive Sales within your beauty department
Intercept and engage consumers outside of the beauty department encouraging them to purchase multiple beauty products and leave with an unbelievable brand experience
Create an atmosphere that makes your store the beauty destination for your territory.
Provide beauty consultations on skincare, hair care, and cosmetics at a key retailer in your area
Use your expertise to recommend the appropriate beauty regimen
Conduct skincare and hair-care analysis on customers using innovative technology
Demonstrated sales experience
Thrives in an incentive-based environment
Dynamic and outgoing personality with the ability to engage/ intercept customers
Ability to work in a fast pace environment while remaining fun, energetic, and motivated
Strong communication skills
Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently
Previous promotions, sampling, or retail sales experience
